A set of bioclimatic pergolas was installed on the roof of a modern apartment building: It transformed and changed the overall façade of the structure in two levels, creating additional spaces. The building’s usable and common areas increased and can now be used at any time of the year, offering the bioclimatic logic that is necessary for all modern residences.
